One of them is the digitalization process of any company. Communication through social networks, e-commerce or the use of artificial intelligence or Big Data.    <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>The hospitality sector is no stranger to the changes that will take place in all areas<\/strong>, and according to some studies, the paradigm shift is already beginning to be seen. According to Valent\u00edn Bote, director of Randstad Research, employment in tourism &#8220;will recover at the same rate as the health situation&#8221;, although he believes that the current tourism model will turn towards a &#8220;less massified and more niche&#8221; model. A shift that will undoubtedly affect the hospitality sector and open up new business opportunities.    <\/p>\n<p><strong>Restaurants, bars and cafeterias have a lot to say in this situation<\/strong>. It is this type of business that has led the reactivation of the entire tourism sector. The Horeca Market NewReality report by the consulting firm Uve reveals how restaurants and bars\/cafeterias have acted as drivers of the sector&#8217;s momentum, with 83% and 80.4% of reopenings, respectively. The options brought by digitalization, together with the extension of the ERTES gives a breath of fresh air to the sector, which is crucial in the national economic system.     <\/p>\n<p>The entire hospitality sector is demonstrating its capacity for effort and adaptation, as seen in the increase in take away and delivery, <a href=\"https:\/\/yelow.es\/empresa\/el-delivery-se-consolida-y-crecera-un-20-en-los-proximos-anos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">lines of business that will continue to grow in the coming years<\/a>.
