{"id":635,"date":"2025-08-25T12:33:35","date_gmt":"2025-08-25T10:33:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pilsa.com\/info\/cocina-para-la-integracion-social-y-laboral\/"},"modified":"2025-08-25T12:33:35","modified_gmt":"2025-08-25T10:33:35","slug":"cocina-para-la-integracion-social-y-laboral","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pilsa.com\/info\/es\/cocina-para-la-integracion-social-y-laboral\/","title":{"rendered":"COCINA PARA LA INTEGRACI\u00d3N SOCIAL Y LABORAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El pasado 13 de Enero de 2016 daba comienzo el Curso de integraci\u00f3n social y laboral que tanto Pilsa como Obra Social La Caixa llevan a cabo de forma conjunta para la inserci\u00f3n laboral de personas en riego de exclusi\u00f3n.\u00a0Todo ello, dentro del Programa Incorpora que se inici\u00f3 en 2006 y fomenta el acceso al mundo laboral de personas en situaci\u00f3n o riesgo de exclusi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Daniel Martos, Rub\u00e9n Amador o Ana Mu\u00f1oz son algunos de los 13 alumnos que conforman este grupo de personas que buscan una segunda oportunidad.\u00a0180 horas lectivas son las que les esperaban por delante.\u00a0Ana Mu\u00f1oz apunta, \u201cAprender siempre es importante, si es en algo te gusta, mejor. Ojal\u00e1 el curso nos abra otras posibilidades\u201d.\u00a0Los alumnos asistieron al curso de cocina impartido por Pilsa Educa, para dotarles de las herramientas necesarias y poder realizar pr\u00e1cticas de tal forma que puedan abrir camino en el mercado laboral.<\/p>\n<p>Javier Moreno Qui\u00f1ones, director centro de empresas de Granada en CaixaBank apunta \u201cesta serie de acciones hace que este banco sea diferente y eso nos hace sentir a nosotros, empleados, tambi\u00e9n diferentes\u201d.\u00a0Juan Manuel Morilla, cocinero de prestigio con varios premios a nivel nacional e internacional, fue el invitado encargado de hablar de cocina a los alumnos.\u00a0Anim\u00f3 a los alumnos y les traslad\u00f3 lo interesante, bonita y divertida que puede llegar a ser esta profesi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Tanto Pilsa como Pilsa Educa, tienen un compromiso con la hosteler\u00eda que ven satisfecho mediante acciones de este calibre.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00b7\u00b7<\/p>\n<p>Last 13<sup>rd<\/sup>January a social and labour integration course started, where Pilsa Educa and Obra Social La Caixa worked together to insert people at risk of social exclusion.\u00a0All this is included in Incorpora Program which started in 2006.<\/p>\n<p>Daniel Martos, Ruben Amador or Ana Mu\u00f1oz were some of our 13 students who were looking for a second opportunity. They had 180 class hours ahead of them.\u00a0Ana Mu\u00f1oz said \u201cLearning is always important and if it is something that you like, better. I hope this course will provide me with other opportunities\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Pilsa Educa taught the course where the students attended to get the required tools to achieve their goals.\u00a0Javier Moreno Qui\u00f1ones, Caixa Bank managing director in Granada added, \u201cThis type of actions make our bank different and it also makes us (employees) feel different\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Juan Manuel Morilla, famous chef and winner of international and national awards was the guest who was in charge of talking about cooking.
