We cannot be held responsible for the personal information that each user may publish.
For what purpose will YELOW CASH S.L.U., as sole controller, process your personal data?
To carry out the commercial and tax management of sales activity, issuing invoices, customer service, and managing contractual relationships in this e-commerce, since Pilsa Hostelería Técnica S.L. will act solely and exclusively under criteria of commercial identity and corporate continuity, and will not process personal data for these purposes.

How long will we keep your data?

When data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, they will be deleted, ensuring confidentiality. Résumés will be kept for a maximum period of one year, after which they will be deleted, guaranteeing confidentiality both in processing and subsequent destruction. If, after this period, you wish to continue participating in selection processes, please send us your résumé again.
What is the legal basis for processing your data?
The legal basis for processing your personal data is the relationship maintained with you based on express consent that, where applicable, you may have given us for additional processing such as the website contact form or any other processing that necessarily involves the collection of personal data, for which a clear affirmative action by the data subject will be essential. For résumés, the legal basis will be the pre-contractual employment relationship.
For the contractual e-commerce relationship, exclusively carried out by YELOW CASH S.L.U., the legal basis will be the sales contract.
To whom will your data be communicated?
In some cases, third parties may need access to the information you have provided in order to deliver the requested service—for example, companies that provide IT services (information storage and processing, etc.).

Sending communications or information
Our policy regarding sending information by telematic means (email, instant messaging, etc.) is limited to communications we consider of interest to our users, related to the functions and activity of the company, or that you have consented to receive.
If you prefer not to receive these messages, we will offer you the option to exercise your right to cancel and opt out of receiving them, in accordance with Title III, Article 22 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
2. Mandatory or Optional Nature of the Information Provided by the User
By checking the relevant boxes and entering data in contact forms or download forms, Users expressly, freely, and unequivocally accept that their data are necessary for the provider to attend to their request, with the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary.
The user guarantees that the data provided are true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date, and will be responsible for any damage or harm, direct or indirect, that may arise from the breach of this obligation.
If the user provides data belonging to a third party, they guarantee that they have informed the third party of all aspects contained in this Privacy Policy and obtained their consent to provide us with their data for the relevant processing purpose. If all requested data are not provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services provided will fully meet the user’s needs.
