Mr. José Manuel Cassinello Sola, as Chief Executive Officer of PILSA, declares that the main objective of our company is:

To design, manage, manufacture and assemble comprehensive solutions for hospitality businesses, always with the utmost respect for the environment in which we operate, with the commitment to provide safe and healthy working conditions to prevent injuries and health damage, as well as for other stakeholders who collaborate in our work.

Policy

La General management establishes the following as the basic points of the policy::

• Innovation in product development for the hospitality industry, ensuring they are cutting-edge and allow us to gain a competitive position both in the national and international markets.
• Innovation and development of optimized and systematized processes through software development, enabling us to provide better customer service, reducing delivery times as well as issues in the manufacturing and installation of facilities.
• Customer orientation: We seek the best value for our customers in all our activities, from conception to support, ensuring customer satisfaction as the result of compliance with our policy.
• Commitment and results: We work with passion, intensity, and professionalism to make things happen.
• Teamwork: People working as a team are the cornerstone for transmitting PILSA’s value in every place, in every customer interaction. We will ensure the supervision and control of subcontracted companies so that their activities do not diminish our quality and service capacity. We rely on our employees by encouraging their consultation and participation in matters of Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, and R&D+i.
• Sustainability: We contribute to improving our social and physical environment, establishing appropriate controls for environmental protection, minimizing the environmental aspects identified in our activity.

This is the declaration of the policy that provides the reference framework for our objectives, which must be disseminated and known by all personnel working in or for this company, PILSA.
