The Angelo Po ICON7000 electric fryer features two tanks, each with a capacity of 11 liters, made of AISI304 stainless steel with a thickness of 20/10 mm. The tanks are stamped and welded, providing large draining and oil settling areas. Each tank includes a basket and a lid. The mechanical controls allow precise temperature control through an adjustable thermostat ranging from 100 to 190°C. The tilting heating elements facilitate cleaning. It operates on 400V 3N~ / 230V 3~ at 50-60 Hz. Dimensions: 80x72x90 cm. Weight: 82 kg.
