The PRO.COOKER electronic meter is used to control the quality of vegetable frying oils. It measures the content of polar compounds, has a light indicator with different status levels, offers immediate control and easy use, and features self-calibration. With a battery life of 500 measurements and IP65 protection, it is accurate to +/-3% TPM in a range of 0.5 to 40% TPM. It is delivered in a case, operates with 2 included AAA/KR03 batteries.
