Two ways of experiencing the Caribbean come together in a single destination. Secrets Playa Esmeralda, designed as an exclusive adults-only retreat, and Dreams Playa Esmeralda, focused on creating unforgettable family experiences, form a unique resort complex overlooking the waters of Miches.
Pilsa has provided consulting services and handled the comprehensive installation of all F&B areas in both complexes, managing the project from goods receiving and the layout of the kitchens and internal service areas to the various bars and dining areas for guests.
The project also involved significant input into the interior design of the buffet areas, which were conceived to combine operational functionality, aesthetic coherence, and a carefully crafted service experience.
