In the heart of the Salamanca neighborhood lies this restaurant inspired by 1970s Italy, designed for leisurely lunches, golden hours, and evenings that never end.
The project features an open kitchen designed to make food preparation part of the restaurant experience. It is a functional and dynamic space that brings together the various work areas and features a prominent, open Neapolitan oven as its centerpiece.
The service and cocktail bars were also designed and installed, incorporating workstations, café equipment, refrigerated furniture, and solutions for wine storage and display—all tailored to the restaurant’s aesthetic identity.
