Pilsa has helped equip the central kitchen at Legends Hospitality in Vallecas, which is dedicated to food production for VIP areas at stadiums and major corporate events in Madrid. The facility features preparation and cooking areas, stainless steel work surfaces, and storage areas with professional shelving. In these spaces, dishes are prepared, assembled, and packaged according to technical specifications to ensure consistency in every service.
